This is a pivotal role focused on delivering a diverse range of high-quality, engaging form factors such as figurines, plush, shapes, and many more that inspire kids and enrich their experiences with the Toniebox. Manage the portfolio and roadmap of figurines to drive commercial targets and customer engagement in close collaboration with Portfolio and Content Teams.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including the creation and launch of innovative (figurine) formats as well as the expansion of existing formats.Champion a customer-centric approach, gathering and analyzing market data, sales performance, and user feedback to inform decisions.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and portfolio success, and drive continuous improvement

.Bachelors degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a high-growth and international environment.Strong understanding of the product development process, from ideation to market launch and EOL; Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Passion for creating innovative products that enhance the lives of children and their families.Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 1-2 times per month, primarily to Dsseldorf)As part of our principles, we are committed to supporting inclusion and diversity at tonies.
