Assisting the legal team with administrative requirements to include:

· Issuing quotes using quote generation system.
· Opening files on the case management system and in paper form.
· Dealing with all client on boarding requirements.
· Preparation of Contract Packs
· Drafting letters and other documents using precedents on the case management system.
· Ordering of Searches
· Delegation of administration functions to remote Admin Team at Head Office as appropriate.
· Prepare and organise files and documents for review by legal team
· General admin to include printing, scanning and copying as required.
· Dealing with incoming calls to include distribution between team members and where possible, dealing with straight forward enquiries to bring swift resolution.
· As the team grows, supporting other admin team members.

Assisting the Director with:

· Confidential company operation matters and administration
· Payment of third party supplier invoices and general payments out
· Reconciliation of Company Accounts
· Assisting with payroll.
· Liaising with external Accountants.
· Oversight of company stationary orders and office sundries
· Maintaining absolute confidential as to company matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversight of Office Day to Day Operation.
· Assisting Director in company matters
· Providing comprehensive administrative support to Director and other fee earners as appropriate.
