The Role We are looking to appoint a committed and skilled Secondary Teaching Assistant to become part of our team. Liaise with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals to support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies. Promote an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all learners. Requirements Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is essential. Sound knowledge of supporting students with SEMH and SEN. Suitable for aspiring teachers or those interested in a future career in education.
