Data Breach Solicitor 5-6 PQE Manchester City Centre A fast-growing and highly regarded litigation team in Manchester are seeking an experienced, talented, and commercially minded Data Breach Solicitor to join their team. You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of data breach and privacy matters, acting for claimants in complex and often high-value and high-profile claims. As a Data Breach Solicitor, you will: Handle litigated data breach claims from inception to trial. Advise on GDPR and misuse of private information. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Conduct negotiations and mediations. Supervise junior fee earners where appropriate. Contribute to the strategic growth of the department. Work within a progressive and ambitious firm that is investing heavily within its data breach offering. What we are looking for: A qualified Solicitor with 5-6 years PQE. Strong experience in data breach/privacy litigation. Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong technical knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection law. Excellent technical and drafting skills. Commercially aware and client focused.
