Working closely with the Head of Studio, you will lead a team of Game Designers and Mathematicians whilst remaining hands-on in the development and modelling of new games.This opportunity could suit an existing Head of Game Design or a Senior Game Designer looking to take the next step into a leadership role, provided they have experience mentoring or guiding other team members. The Role As Head of Game Design, you will take ownership of the game design function, ensuring games are mathematically robust, commercially successful, and aligned with product objectives. You will play a key role in defining game mechanics, balancing gameplay, analysing performance, and validating concepts through simulation and modelling.Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a team of Game Designers and Mathematicians.Working closely with the Head of Studio to define the product roadmap and game portfolio.Designing and developing game mechanics, features, and reward structures.Creatin
