BESS OandM Service EngineerLocation: London / Oxfordshire Sites / Hybrid Contract: Permanent, Full-timeThe OpportunityARM is recruiting for an experienced BESS OandM Service Engineer to support the operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business within the energy transition sector, ensuring BESS assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently in line with contractual requirements.The role combines field-based site work, troubleshooting, remote operations and home working, alongside technical documentation, maintenance planning and corrective maintenance support.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BESS systems and associated infrastructure.Perform remote operations, diagnostics and troubleshooting.Conduct site inspections using appropriate tools and test equipment.Support safe operation of battery storage systems, PCS/inverters and EMS.Ensure compliance with site-specific Health and Safety requirements.Supervise subcontractors and ensure third-party works meet quality and compliance standards.Support commissioning, upgrades and major repairs.Review maintenance documentation, manuals and technical drawings.Support development of maintenance procedures, RAMS and Method Statements.Work with LTSA management and HandS teams on relevant procedures and documentation.Liaise with OEM suppliers regarding maintenance procedures ..... full job details .....
