If you are looking for full-time work and have past classroom experience, or have worked with children who have Autism, this role could be a great fit for you!The role includes working with children on the Autism spectrum (ASD), providing tailored support to help them to positively engage with their learning. It will involve supporting students with emotional regulation, appropriately re-directing challenging behaviour, and general classroom support. Previous experience with ASD is desirable, but we are also looking for individuals who have class room experience and want to work with children with additional needs.About the Role:General Classroom Support - Supporting the teacher and encouraging positive attitudes to learning for students. Lessons may require 1:1 support or small-group sessions.Behaviour Management - Strong behaviour management is needed for this role.
