With a project value of £120 million, this scheme will transform connectivity across the North of England. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this major highways scheme based in Penrith.Your new role : As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of the A66 project. You will lead a multidisciplinary team through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of the A66 highways project from pre-construction through to completion.Manage project scope, programme, budget, and risk in line with client and stakeholder expectations.Coordinate with design, commercial, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities.Engage with National Highways and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.Monitor subcontractor performance and manage procurement strategies.Provide leadership and ment
