SEN Teaching Assistant - Mainstream School Location: Bromley Pay: Daily Rate - 100 - 115 Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term Start Date: ASAPWe are working with a welcoming mainstream school seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs.You will provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties, helping them access learning and develop confidence in the classroom. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and promote inclusion.Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with SEN in a mainstream settingAssist with learning, behaviour and emotional regulationFollow EHCPs and individual support plansBuild positive relationships with pupils and staffThe Ideal Candidate:Experience working with children or young people (SEN desirable)Patient, nurturing and proactive approachStrong communication skillsEnhanced DBS or willingness to applyWhat We Offer:Competitive weekly payOngoing SEN training and CPDLong-term and permanent opportunitiesDedicated consultant support
