Location: Bolton (Office Based) Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus (OTE £8,000) + 34 Days Holiday About the Role Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing skilled engineering professionals? We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our team in Bolton. The primary focus of this role will be sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical professionals for UK employers, with a significant proportion of candidates requiring Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.You will be responsible for building talent pipelines across the UK and overseas markets, sourcing professionals including welders, fabricators, technicians, truck mechanics, maintenance engineers, process engineers, senior process engineers and principal engineers.Approximately 80% of the candidates you source will be international candidates relocating to the UK under Skilled Worker visa routes, with a strong focus on South Africa, as well as sourcing talent from the Middle East, Sri Lanka and other global markets. The remaining 20% will be UK-based candidates.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys international talent sourcing, headhunting and building networks within specialist engineering sectors.
