My client is looking to recruit skilled, resourceful and experienced Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be a strong and confident communicator and proactive in their attitude towards their work.

The working environment is fast paced and project managers are responsible for a number of projects in varying stages of the development process at any given time.

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills are imperative.

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to be able to show

- 3+ years of relevant/recent experience within a similar role
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects at one time of varying size, complexity, value and urgency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong influencing skills and a good motivator and manager of people. The ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues across the business

- Must be tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to encourage others and drive issues to a resolution

- Familiarity with project management tools and financial systems (Prince 2 or equivalent desirable)

The role is varied and multi faceted....areas of responsibility will include

Taking ownership of project targets and deliverables
Liaising and management of internal stakeholders including Tech, functional SMEs and senior management to include resource tracking against plan.
Implementation of a communications strategy within the project to ensure that all stakeholders are regularly briefed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
