Sous Chef - Crowborough

Recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a contract catering unit located in Crowborough, this is a busy site catering for high volume using fresh ingredients.

Key Information:

* Salary: -18.00 per hour

* Hours: 2 days a week (Thursday & Friday), 08:00-20:00. 12 hour shifts

* Location: Crowborough

* Contract: On going temporary

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

* Producing dishes to meet the required standard

* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

* Develop and supervise the other chefs and kitchen staff

In order to be successful, you''ll need to have:

Experience working in a similar role / establishment

Food hygiene certificate - minimum level 2

Passionate about food

Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to support colleagues
