Financial Accountant Stokesley £50,000 - £55,000 Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting an exciting business in Stokesley who are seeking to recruit a qualified Financial Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will either be from a practice background looking to make their first move into industry or working in industry already with strong knowledge of UK GAAP. Working alongside a great team that operate within a friendly and supportive culture, this role is fully office based. Duties and responsibilities: Prepare year end statutory accounts for all group entities in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102, and FRS 101 or the small companies regime where applicable) and the Companies Act 2006 Prepare group consolidated accounts, including intercompany eliminations, goodwill and other adjustments relating to acquisitions/disposals, etc Produce year end working papers: fixed asset and depreciation schedules, accruals and prepayments, debtors and creditors, provisions, deferred tax, and balance sheet reconciliations in coordination with the transactional accounting team.
