Key responsibilities include: Environmental health officer Inspecting private sector housing to ensure adherence to housing standards and regulatory requirements, including Houses in Multiple Occupation Investigating and resolving complaints concerning housing conditions, public health nuisances, and environmental hazards Providing specialist advice and guidance to property owners, landlords, and tenants regarding housing and public health matters Managing Residential Park Home licensing Overseeing caravan and tented campsite licensing
