This is a day shift position, working Monday to Friday, with over time readily available. This role would suit someone who has previous expeirence in a similar role and is looking to work for a business where they can grow and progess their career.-

Job Description

• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
• Respond to breakdowns and urgent furnace related issues during production
• Analyse recurring instrument failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records, loop diagrams and maintenance logs
• Update instrumentation drawings and control loop documentation.
• Assist with audits related to safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Test and verify Flame Igniters, Pressure Switches, Limit Switches and Emergency Shutdown Systems.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Industrial Instrumentation and Control Loops
• Knowledge of Combustion Systems and Furnace Operation
• Proficient in Calibration and Fault Diagnosis
• Ability to read PIDs, Loop Diagrams, and Wiring Drawings
• Strong Safety Awareness in high temperature and gas fired environments.
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
