Are you a Sales Executive or Engineer with an interest in technical sales, looking to join a well-established automation specialist with a strong reputation and a profitable North East territory?

This long-standing engineering supplier provides specialist automation and control solutions to customers across a wide range of industrial sectors. With an established customer base, strong supplier relationships and access to leading automation technologies, the business offers a supportive environment where you can build your technical and commercial expertise.

Working across a large North East territory, you''ll develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and provide customers with tailored technical solutions. You''ll receive ongoing product training and support, with the opportunity to take ownership of your patch and develop a successful career in technical sales.

This role would suit someone with a background in industrial automation, electrical engineering or technical sales who is confident building relationships and keen to develop their commercial career.

The Role:

• Managing and developing customer accounts across the North East
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing sales within your territory
• Promoting industrial automation, electrical control and associated products
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions
• Preparing and following up quotations to secure new business
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

The Person:

• Experience in technical sales, engineering or a customer-facing industrial role
• Knowledge or an interest in industrial automation, electrical controls or engineering products
