This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal administration or conveyancing experience who is looking to join a busy, professional and expanding team. The Role The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team, assisting with the smooth progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Key Responsibilities Opening and closing client files Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors Preparing and sending correspondence and legal documentation Managing diaries, appointments and general administrative duties Providing day-to-day support to fee earners across residential conveyancing matters Assisting with transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion Undertaking post-exchange and post-completion administration Liaising with the Land Registry and assisting with the closure of files Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Providing general administrative support to the wider ..... full job details .....
