Duties will include:Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client serviceIdentify client requirements and match those to our property portfolioHave a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectivelyManage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levelsAttend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performanceSkills required

Have previous sales and customer service experience – previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be providedBe target driven and tenaciousBe able to work effectively within a teamBe motivated and enthusiastic at all timesDisplay high standards of service and presentationHave good organisational skillsHave a drive to be the top of every league tableBe a car owner with a full driving licenseBe insured for business useHave the legal right to work in the UKWhat we can offer you
