My client is a leading main contractor specialising in new build projects up to -50m across the commercial and education sectors. I am assisting them with their requirement for a Senior Site Manager on a freelance basis for approximately 6 months, to cover sites around the Peterborough region.

This role is for an immediate start and the successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Main contractor experience is essential and a track record of delivering accommodation and commercial schemes would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Reporting to the Project Manager
* Site Management including managing subcontractors and site staff on all build packages
* Client liaison
* Control and maintain work progress
* Health and Safety
