This role is office-based.Your new role This is a broad-ranging Compliance Manager role requiring a mix of skills across Audit, Compliance, Admin, IT/Database Management. It includes responsibility for:Document control managementLegislation and Standards - Undertaking monthly legislation reviews, documenting and acting upon any legislation that impacts on the business and sharing this with the senior management. Undertaking Industry Standards quarterly review.ISO Audits: Producing a yearly plan, maintaining and updating the Audit Tracker; undertaking internal audits, producing internal audit reports, identifying issue and NCRs and tracking them through to close.Database Co-ordination and Record keeping - Managing and maintaining the database, including, but not limited to: Medicals, DandA bookings/certificates, competency management, annual packs and suitability assessmentsOnboarding suppliers and maintaining the current supply chain.Maintenance of Compliance Register: Producing yearly, action tasks as determined within the register each month, DSE (Display Screen Equipment), training and assessments for new starters and annual assessments. Ensure all assessments are logged on the database.Maintain COSHH Register, undertake new COSHH assessments as required.And further areas of compliance and administration.What yo
