Package: Days: £16.91 per hour Nights: £22.54 per hour Free on-site parking Hours of Work: Days: Monday Thursday: 06 30 Friday: 06 00 Nights: Monday Wednesday: 18 30 Thursday: 16 00 The Role: Perform MIG welding to high-quality standards. Work with a variety of materials, ensuring welds meet production specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and durability. Maintain and clean welding equipment. Adhere to health and safety regulations and safe working practices. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets. The Candidate: Proven experience as a MIG Welder (minimum 2 years preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Flexibility to work either day or night shifts as required. Awareness of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
