Our client, one of the UK''s most progressive garden centre groups, is looking for an experienced retail Assistant Store-Manager to support the running of a thriving and recently redeveloped site near Stony Stratford, MK. The Opportunity

As an experienced retail-Manager, you''ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop floor. More than just managing operations, you''ll inspire your team, create a culture of exceptional service, and ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience every time they visit.

With genuine autonomy and support, you''ll be encouraged to utilise your commercial expertise, retail knowledge, and passion to drive sales, develop your team, and maximise the site''s potential.

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a Senior Retail Management role
• Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for standards, merchandising, and profitability
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams
• Creativity in delivering dynamic and engaging retail displays
• Experience driving sales performance and achieving business objectives
• A hands-on, positive approach with a strong customer-first mindset
• Previous experience within a garden centre or retail environment

Working Pattern - 45-hour week / 5 days / no late nights / Alternate weekend working
