Application SupportTroubleshoot login issues, performance failures, and configuration queries.Support core business applications, including SaaS and on-prem systems. Network SupportDiagnose Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN connectivity issues.Determine local vs. broader network faults and escalate when needed.
