This role is well suited to a reliable and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Full on-the-job training will be provided, with opportunities to develop skills within a structured production setting. Key Responsibilities Assemble raw materials for preparation, mixing, measuring and packing of finished products Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and automated processes Control temperatures and follow production procedures accurately Execute basic checks and assist with maintaining plant equipment Communicate effectively with other members of the production team to meet production schedules Participate in regular shift handovers and team meetings Work independently and as part of a small team Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality at all times Candidate Requirements Essential: Ability to read, write and understand English to a good standard Reliable, trustworthy and ..... full job details .....
