Key Responsibilities Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance yield, quality and throughput Lead and support deviation investigations and root cause analysis Maintain and update mass and energy balances, process flows and technical reports Own and deliver process changes, ensuring compliance with site change control Act as technical SME during audits and support safety and environmental investigations Work with capital project teams to define process requirements and support commissioning Champion process safety practices (COMAH, DSEAR), including PHRs and safety documentation Support feed safety compliance and contribute to HACCP team activities where required What you ll need Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar Background in process manufacturing such as pharma, chemicals, food, drink or F
