The nature of the work is dynamic and diverse, with each day presenting new and unique tasks - no two days are the same! From organising activities to 1:1 support to attending off site activities there is no telling what each day would bring. As a Children and Young Persons Residential Support Worker, you''ll need to be adaptable, flexible and a pro at reading situations to guide our young people towards making positive choices. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people''s records accurately.
