Sales Account Manager

Attention to details and understanding a sales process is key, alongside the ability to communicate well with others, building a good rapport and business relationships.Duties and responsibilities:Deal with all inbound enquiries that are emailed to the business and follow up to confirm informationFollow up on all leads and pass to sales teamSupport Telesales team inputting information into CRM to generate a quoteHelp generate new business sales from existing clients and potential new clients whilst providing first class customer serviceOnline customer webchat supportAccount manage regular long-standing accountsWork alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and salesExperience and Skills:Previous Experience in Account Management or B2B New Business.Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email.Results-driven natureGood IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and ExcelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailEffective organisational skillsSalary and Working Hours:£27,450Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours per week)Additional Information and Rewards:Option to c
