We''re seeking a proven leader in flood risk and drainage consultancy to spearhead the launch of a new regional team for a growing, forward-thinking engineering practice. The Role

• Lead and develop a new Flood Risk capability in the Leeds office, building client relationships and securing exciting projects.
• Provide technical leadership on flood risk assessments, surface water management, and drainage strategies for development and infrastructure schemes.
• Take ownership of business development activities, winning work from both existing and new clients.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders across the business to integrate services and deliver outstanding results.

About You

• Proven ability to win work and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong technical background combined with commercial acumen.
• Leadership experience - either leading a team currently or ready to take that next step.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new service line.
