We''re seeking a proven leader in flood risk and drainage consultancy to spearhead the launch of a new regional team for a growing, forward-thinking engineering practice. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you''ll set the direction, build the team, and establish yourself as a key figure in the company''s continued UK expansion.
The Role
- Lead and develop a new Flood Risk capability in the Leeds office, building client relationships and securing exciting projects.
- Provide technical leadership on flood risk assessments, surface water management, and drainage strategies for development and infrastructure schemes.
- Take ownership of business development activities, winning work from both existing and new clients.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders across the business to integrate services and deliver outstanding results.
About You
- Proven ability to win work and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong technical background combined with commercial acumen.
- Leadership experience - either leading a team currently or ready to take that next step.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new service line.
