Supporting product launches by planning stock build and minimising excess or obsolete inventory. Using sales data, market insight and statistical tools to create a rolling 18-month forecast. Playing a key role in project teams for new product launches and range changes, ensuring stock is available and launches run smoothly. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to share relevant information and help the wider supply chain perform at its best.
