TimePlan are recruiting for a Qualified Primary School Teacher for a 4-day maternity cover in a Year 5 class, starting this Autumn and continuing through the Spring term.

The successful teacher must:

• Be a qualified Primary School Teacher to UK standard (QTS).

• Be confident teaching Key Stage 2 (specifically Year 5).

• Be available for a part-time (4-day, Tuesday to Friday) commitment over two terms.

• Have or be able to apply for a DBS on the update service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and creative lessons for a Year 5 class.

• Planning and preparing lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Assessing student progress and maintaining clear records.

• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
