This pivotal role will allow you to play a critical part in shaping both operational and strategic financial management across our UK operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting for the UK business. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to aid senior management in decision-making processes. Oversee cash flow management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Prepare year-end audit files and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Develop and enhance financial models and reporting tools to drive business performance and ensure data accuracy. Support and mentor finance team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organisation. Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Experience: CA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant.
