With a strong focus on trust, belief, and success, it creates a supportive environment where students cultivate positive relationships, build confidence and resilience, and are prepared for their future endeavours, whether in education, employment, or life beyond school.Responsibilities of the SEN TA: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning.Assist the teacher in delivering tailored lessons that meet individual learning and emotional needs.Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioural regulation strategies.Foster apositive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students feel safe and supported.Assist with classroom management, implementing positive behaviour support strategies.Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to ensure a holistic approac
