This role involves locating and diagnosing water leaks in domestic and commercial properties using non-invasive techniques. You will be working on a variety of sites, dealing directly with customers, insurers, loss adjusters, and property managers.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out accurate leak detection surveys on residential and commercial propertiesUse specialist equipment including acoustic listening devices, tracer gas, thermal imaging, and moisture metersIdentify the source of leaks with minimal disruption to the propertyProduce clear written reports with findings, photos, and recommendationsCommunicate confidently with customers and other stakeholders on siteLiaise with insurers and claims handlers where requiredMaintain and care for company equipment and vehicleEnsure all work complies with health and safety standardsSkills and ExperienceProven experience in leak detection or a related field such as plumbing or building diagnosticsGood understanding of plumbing systems, heating systems, and water supply networksExperience using leak detection equipment is strongly preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working independently and managing your own workloadGood customer service and communication skillsIT skills for report writing and job management systems via our company w
