• Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term or long-term absence of teachers
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students in their studies and maintain a focused atmosphere
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree; degree in education or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and classroom settings
• Previous experience working with students is advantageous
• A passion for contributing to the educational development of young minds
