Due to high demand, we have opportunities for daily supply, short-term and long-term roles across primary and secondary schools throughout Manchester.This role is also a great option for ECTs / Newly Qualified Teachers who are looking to gain further classroom experience, confidence covering lessons, and exposure to a variety of school settings.The Role: Cover whole classes during teacher absence, including PPA cover Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently across primary or secondary settings Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom engagement Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and routines Support pupils'' learning, progress and wellbeingRequirements: HLTA qualification OR a UK Bachelor''s degree Recent experience working within schools, with evidence of covering lessons or whole classes Excellent behaviour management skills Reliable, professional and adaptable approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new DBS Ability to provide references covering the last 2 yearsWhy Work with Aspire People?
