Responsibilities Contact all warm prospects (no cold calling) via phone, email and social media platforms. Engage and build rapport with warm prospects with the aim to book them in for a boiler survey. Liaise with sales representatives (confirming booking dates/times and prospect requirements). Provide feedback to the marketing manager in regards to frequency and quality of leads generated. Following up with prospects post survey and answering any questions the customer have in regards to their new boiler. Skills And Experience Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
