Job Description: Lead commercial management as a Quantity Surveyor on a high-profile residential project in London. Manage subcontractors including tender preparation, selection, negotiation, and Final Account completion. Maintain accurate site records, valuations, variations, forecasts, and document control. Collaborate with the site management team to protect commercial interests and manage project risk. Mentor and oversee Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors to ensure high standards of work and compliance. Skills / Qualifications: Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or related discipline) working towards CIOB or equivalent accreditation. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, Standard Method of Measurement, and subcontract management on London projects. Commercially aware with experience in valuations, CVRs, cash management, and risk assessment. Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills. Proficient in site measurement, document control, and preparation of reports, variations, and forecasts.
