A highly established and reputable charitable organisation are seeking a skilled Fixed Asset Accountant with strong Fixed Asset Register (FAR) experience to assist with a key finance project.This role will suit someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, has a keen eye for detail, and can confidently operate in a fast moving finance function.The role is working on a 3-6 month contract, going in 2 days per week and is offering a rate of between £300-£400 per day Inside IR35. Key DutiesAssist with the roll out of a new Fixed Asset moduleTransfer and verify a high-volume Fixed Asset RegisterCarry out detailed reviews of asset data to ensure accuracy and integrityReconcile asset balances across different financial periodsInvestigate and resolve inconsistencies within asset dataPartner with the wider finance team to support a seamless system transitionRequired ExperienceFully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA preferred)Demonstrable experience handling large Fixed Asset RegistersStrong Excel capability, particularly with large and complex datasetsHigh level of accuracy with a structured and methodical approachAble to work independently and deliver within a contract environmentIf you''re an interim Accountant with solid fixed asset experience and can start at short notice, please apply and one of the team will be in touch to discuss with you further should you meet the requirements.
