They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in a permanent role. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in the Guildford office.Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across a range of sectors.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and coordinate projects with high-quality technical design.-Produce technical design documents (sketches, calculations, specifications, and reports).-Review and approve reports, designs, and calculations per quality procedures.-Conduct structural surveys and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations.-Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and the design team.-Plan site investigations and prepare reports.-Attend and record actions in design and site meetings.Key Requirements:-Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent qualification).-Chartered status (or working towards) with a recognized professional institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE).-Competent in designing structures in concrete, steelwork, timber and masonry.-Able to use computer design software packages.-Good understanding of CDM regulations and responsibilities of a designer.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:
