We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Machinists to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled CNC professionals looking for a long-term, permanent position within a modern machining environment working on a wide variety of precision-engineered components. We are keen to speak with candidates from a range of machining backgrounds including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Programmer/Setter/Operators, Setter/Operators and experienced Operators looking to develop their skills. Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC machines Programming or editing programmes where applicable Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Producing high-quality precision components Using measuring equipment to inspect finished parts Working to tight tolerances Maintaining excellent quality and safety standards Experience Required We are interested in candidates with experience in any of the following: CNC Milling CNC Turning CNC Programming Setting and Operating CNC machinery Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls (or similar) Manual inspection using micrometers, verniers and gauges Manufacturing or precision engineering environments Experience machining a variety of materials would be advantageous but is not essential.
