The Role As an Area Operator / Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across production, packing, and warehousing. You will work closely with the production team to ensure production plans are met, efficiency is maintained, and quality standards are upheld. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will lead by example while supporting and supervising your team throughout the shift. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and Operations Work as part of the production line team while supervising daily activities Ensure smooth interaction between warehouse and production teams Coordinate prep, packing, and warehousing to meet production plans and customer orders Monitor production efficiency and help minimise downtime Ensure recipes, SOPs, and batch controls are followed correctly Support the Production Manager with ongoing process improvements Supervise stock checks and monitor inventory accuracy Ensure equipment is operated correctly and routine checks are completed
