You will support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping them develop confidence, self-belief and positive relationships.Pupils may have a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, behavioural needs and additional learning needs, requiring a personalised, consistent and supportive approach. Building positive and professional relationships will be central to helping pupils engage with learning, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, provide pastoral support, promote positive behaviour and work alongside support staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals.Applications are welcomed from qualified teachers and individuals with relevant SEN, SEMH, behaviour or specialist education experience.
