Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to multiple financial advisers Manage new business processing, valuations, and policy administration Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system Liaise with clients and providers to ensure efficient case progression Prepare review packs, illustrations, and documentation for client meetings Work closely with paraplanners and advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes Skills and Experience Required Minimum 5 years'' experience in financial planning administration (essential) Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection processes Confident communic
