We help organisations design, secure and run modern cloud platforms.We have also develop Drop Table Pulse, our SaaS platform delivering continuous security, compliance, and governance visibility across Azure DevOps.Our clients include financial services, public sector, and enterprise organisations operating in complex, regulated environments.The OpportunityWe''re hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead our revenue function across consultancy and SaaS.This is a hands-on leadership role, you''ll define strategy, generate pipeline, close enterprise deals, and build the future sales team from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute sales strategy across services and SaaSBuild a scalable, repeatable sales pipeline from scratchLead complex enterprise deals (£100k-£500k+)Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO)Develop partner-led growth within the Microsoft ecosystemDefine GTM approach across financial services, public sector, and enterpriseBuild and scale the sales function (process, tooling, team)What We''re Looking ForProven sales in cloud, DevOps, or security consultingTrack record of building and scaling a sales functionStrong enterprise sales experience (multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals)Experience across consultancy and/or SaaS modelsGood understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, security, DevOps)Commercially shar
