Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents to support student development and well-being.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and resilience.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• QTS or PGCE
• Experience teaching in a primary school is preferred.
• A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Enthusiasm for continuous professional development for educational best practices.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK
