Brook Street are working with one of our clients in Birmingham to recruit two General Maintenance Operatives to support them on a temporary basis. These positions will be required to work Monday to Friday from 1st September to Friday 12th September.

Our client is a leading Student Accommodation provider with sites across the UK. Working as a Maintenance Operative as a part of the Facilities Management team, you will be a key function ensuring that bedrooms and communal spaces are of the standard that users have come to expect from this provider.

Duties will include painting, applying sealant to bathrooms where required and general maintenance of structures/furniture across the Birmingham location.

Role - Maintenance Operative

Location - Birmingham (B5)

Hours - 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate - -12.82 per hour

Duration - 2 weeks

This position will require successful applicants to undergo a basic DBS check, which Brook Street will organise for you.
