This specialist setting supports pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, or social support to re-engage with education. You will be working closely with teachers and behaviour mentors to provide consistency, structure, and positive intervention strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who face significant barriers to learning. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support for pupils with SEMH needs Implement de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour interventions Support pupils in regulating emotions and building resilience Assist in creating a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams to deliver tailored support Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and progress Requirements: Experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs (PRU experience desirable) Strong communication and behaviour-management skills Ability to remain calm, consistent, and solution
