Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant who is a strong multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who has the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation. You will support the global Marketing team with administrative and operational activities, with a focus on event coordination across Europe. The role will require some travel to support with events onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistics, registrations and communications for events and trade shows
• Assist with event budgets and post-event reporting
• Support marketing campaigns, timelines, and performance tracking
• Update website content, marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and track marketing expenses
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and maintaining files

Requirements:

• Ideally a Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, but relevant work experience is preferable
• 1–3 years’ marketing support experience is desirable
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and other marketing automation tools would be an advantage
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in b2b Events / Trade Shows
