Key Responsibilities:

• Support students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects and ability levels

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and close learning gaps

• Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and classroom support

• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development

• Provide tailored support for students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH

• Contribute to a calm, respectful and inclusive learning environment

• Engage in school life, from CPD to enrichment activities
