Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. Providing your technical expert opinion to customers. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. Your Background and Skill: NVQ Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician. Manufacturer led training record. Proven experience working as a Service Technician (within a main dealer). Strong communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence. E.V Training is advantageous.
